Dr. Manoj Padman is an internationally renowned leader in Pediatric Orthopedics and Reconstructive Surgery. After completing his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics from the prestigious JIPMER, Pondicherry, he spent ten years acquiring advanced subspecialty surgical training in the United Kingdom across Leeds and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. During his tenure in the UK, he served as a National Fellow in Pediatric Orthopedics at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and held a consultant post before returning to India. Dr. Padman is celebrated for his deep clinical expertise in managing complex congenital and acquired musculoskeletal conditions in children, ranging from infants to adolescents. His patient care philosophy centers on evidence-based, minimally invasive reconstructive techniques designed to maximize functional mobility while preserving the normal growth potential of young bones and joints.
